These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Nibav Lifts Pvt. Ltd., covering all purchase contracts a consumer enters into with Nibav. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, therefore we ask that you read the terms and conditions before each order you place with Nibav Lifts Pvt. ltd.
A binding purchase contract is concluded as soon as we have confirmed your order and an order confirmation has been sent by Nibav to the e-mail address or telephone number indicated by you. In the event of a manufacturing delay, Nibav will notify you by e-mail or telephone number. We can then offer you another date, for delivery as soon as possible. All drawings and site locations must be verified by the customer prior to placing the order.
Occasionally, information on the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or to cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order). All prices quoted to you after any applicable discounts will be final and cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
Payment is possible in the currencies indicated in the online payment window. Payment is currently made in INR for all transactions in India. Payment can be made by credit or debit cards, UPI, Netbanking or Smartcollect. Customers will also have to bear any additional service fees levied by the payment gateway ranging from 0.05% to 1.7% of the total value.
Terms of delivery
All shipping costs will be specified in the order form; so that the cost is clearly visible to you before finalizing the order. Civil works costs will be added to the actual cost and will not be included in the final offer/pro forma invoice unless requested by the client for a turnkey service.
Packages returned because undeliverable and storage costs
If the item sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover the full cost of shipping and handling. This process will continue until the package is successfully delivered. Uncollected packages are normally not covered by the right of return of items as well as the returned order. For further delay in delivery, a storage charge of Rs.499+GST per day will be levied.
Delay in delivery and installation
In the event of a delay in your order, you will be informed, with a new delivery time proposal, at the latest within 60 days of the dispatch of your order. You cannot cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested delivery time, but a late delivery penalty of up to 5% can be discussed with Nibav Lifts Pvt. If your order has been delayed and the new suggested delivery time has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 30 working days of the new estimated delivery time, you can always cancel the order by notifying our customer service. crew. Should such a delay occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will refund the amount prepaid. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items ordered in order to receive the refund. We will bear the return costs.
Collection and use of personal data
Nibav India Pvt. ltd. does not share any collected customer information with third parties. The information is only used internally to discuss our products, offers, purchase and delivery. Nibav Elevators Pvt. ltd. has a legal obligation to protect the confidentiality of taxpayer information. We take all reasonable steps to protect all information you submit through our websites, both online and offline, in accordance with applicable law in India. We take all appropriate measures to protect your personally identifiable information when you transmit your information from your computer to our sites and to protect this information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or the destruction. We use technologies to protect your data and apply strict security standards to prevent unauthorized access to it. When you use passwords, identification numbers or other special access features on these sites, you are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect them.
Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Nibav products are custom made and cannot be returned, canceled or refunded under normal circumstances. For return to be accepted under special circumstances, returned items must be in substantially the same condition in which they were sold. If you have received a damaged product, you must report it to us by email at Info@nibavlifts.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with an image of the damaged product as well as photos of the packaging. In case of wrong item/wrong color/wrong size/wrong product delivered; we will help you with a free return.
In case of return of the product, the customer must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the order. If the product is delivered defective or damaged, the customer must notify us by email (email@example.com) within 48 hours. The lift/part/item supplied must be unused by the customer and all items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, accessories original and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. An invoice must be available. A reverse pickup request will be initiated on our end. Once collection has been arranged, our courier partner will collect the product within 3 working days. After receipt of the product, a quality control will be carried out on the product by our team which takes 2 working days. If the product is found damaged/faulty by our team, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, this depends on product availability. In some cases, when our logistic service provider does not provide reverse pickup service, the customer himself will have to send the product only via India Post or any logistic agent to the address mentioned below once the request for reverse pickup issued:

B. Cancellation Policy
The customer cannot cancel the order once production has started.
– Cancellation with 48 hours will be charged up to 25% of the invoice value
– Cancellation after 48 hours until the start of production will be charged 50% of the invoice value.
– 100% of the invoice value will be charged once production has started.
– Client can then be charged for this unscheduled cancellation event after approval by Nibav Lifts Pvt. Unavailability of raw materials – in exceptional cases, if the raw material is out of stock, the delivery of the product will be canceled
C. Refund Policy
Our lifts are custom made and are not eligible for a free refund. If the order is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the amount will be refunded to the customer according to the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order. Credit/debit/net banking/wallet cards will take 2-4 business days. If the transaction is made via NEFT or check, the customer must share the details required below to our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) from their registered email address.
Account number, 2. Name of account holder, 3. IFSC code
After receiving the required information for a refund, it will be processed within 2 business days and the same will be reflected in your account in another 2-4 business days. For any EMI payment, the refund will be credited within 6-8 business days of cancellation.
Nibav Elevators Pvt. ltd. ensures that all products are meticulously checked through our quality control procedures before being shipped to our customers. We work hard to prevent damage or defects from occurring in our products. If you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new part of the item. If the item cannot be replaced, you will be refunded the original cost of the item and return postage, unless the fault can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are requested to always examine your products received at the time of delivery and to notify us as soon as possible of any deviation from your order.
We will refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date the returned item is received by Nibav, and we have determined that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always keep your receipt. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. If you paid with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the website reflect the actual colors of the lifts. Colors can be reflected in different ways depending on your computer or phone screen, graphics card and computer settings.
The products sold are covered by the 1-year renewable manufacturer’s warranty. If you find that the product is not working properly after the lift has been installed, we will replace the desired part to your satisfaction, no questions asked within fourteen (14) days. The defective product/part must be returned to us for replacement/repair. Transformers, chargers and adapters are not included in the warranty. Service Plans and AMC Plans can be added later to the product after installation.
