MINIMAL TO ZERO CONSTRUCTION WORK
The elevators arrive in a semi-assembled state and do not require an elevator pit or machine room, which substantially reduces installation to 24 hours and require minimal to zero construction work.
SELF-SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
Our elevators are stand-alone elevators that do not require any supporting beam, columns, or walls.
LOW MAINTENANCE
Our elevators are low on maintenance and do not require oil/lubrication, counterweights, or auxiliary battery backup-giving you a hassle-free experience.
SECURITY
Unlike commercial elevators, home elevators are not regulated in Canada. Nibav Elevators has gone above and beyond as it is the only company in Canada to meet and comply with the highest European safety standards such as CE Certification for Machine Directive 2006 42 EC and TÜV SÜD for following the ISO 9001-2015 QMS standards.
FLEXIBILITY
Additional stops can be accommodated at any given time if the user decides to renovate their home and add more floors. The elevators can also be moved to a different area or a different house at any time.
